Job Description – Deputy Manager/Manager, Secretarial
ITC Hotels Ltd. Corporate Office

Overview:
A prominent name in the Indian Hospitality experience ITC Hotels has a strong portfolio of over 140+ hotels across 90+ destinations. The hotels operate under six vibrant brands: ITC Hotels and Mementos in the luxury segment, Storii in the boutique premium segment, Welcomhotel in the upper upscale category, Fortune in the midscale segment, and Welcom Heritage in the heritage leisure space.

An integral part of the secretarial, legal and compliance function; the Deputy Manager/Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Draft and vet Internal approval notes, Policies, SOPs and Governance documents.
Ensure Corporate Governance requirements.
Prepare Annual Reports.
Independently organize and manage internal management meetings, Board and shareholders meetings.
Liaison with senior management, auditors, regulatory bodies, etc.
Maintain statutory records and registers.

Required qualifications and skills:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Company Secretary having 8 to 12 years relevant experience with a credible employer.
Well-equipped with an overall understanding of MCA, SEBI and stock exchange website.
Updated with latest circulars and notifications issues by statutory bodies with respect to secretarial laws.
Hands-on-knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, etc.
Good written and communication skills.
