Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the Head of Operations. The role involves overseeing daily operations, streamlining processes, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading teams, developing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals. The Head of Operations will also be responsible for enhancing communication channels and driving project success.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Operations Management with strong Analytical Skills to improve processes and drive performance.
First hand experience and knowledge of production
Team Management and effective Communication abilities to lead and motivate teams across various departments.
Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and stability.
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and achieve results particularly on ground.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in the event management or experiential marketing industry of minimum 10-12 years
