Role Description
We are scaling rapidly and tackling bold challenges, and we're looking for a strategic right hand to the CEO to help drive impact at the highest level. This is not your typical EA & Strategic Advisor role — it's a launchpad to a broader leadership path, with the opportunity that may evolve into Chief of Staff as the company grows.
We're seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed, and highly strategic person to work closely with our CEO. You'll play a critical role in optimising executive productivity, driving key initiatives forward, and acting as a liaison across internal and external stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with a leader and be at the heart of everything — from meetings, updates, strategy sessions and special projects.
This role is more than calendar management — it's about joining a high-trust inner circle, keeping the CEO one step ahead, and growing into a Chief of Staff who helps steer the company through its most pivotal chapters.
Executive Enablement
Manage and streamline the CEO's schedule, ensuring time is aligned with highest-priority initiatives
Maintain the CEO's day-to-day flow — including inbox management, meeting prep, and travel logistics
Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create breathing room for deep work and strategic thinking
Gate keep and prioritise requests with a lens on urgency, context, and impact
Strategic & Operational Support
Coordinate key internal meetings and planning cycles — setting agendas, capturing outcomes, and ensuring follow-through
Track cross-functional deliverables and hold teams accountable to deadlines and commitments
Build processes and templates to support internal efficiency, decision-making, and transparency
Support internal initiatives such as goal-setting, progress tracking, and employee engagement projects
Internal Communications & Culture
Draft or review internal memos, updates, and communications on behalf of the CEO
Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and leadership team, ensuring clarity and context
Collaborate with People & Culture teams on initiatives that reinforce company values and build team cohesion
Act as a pulse-check on team morale, organisational friction points, and opportunities for improvement
Chief of Staff Pathway - as the organisation grows
Identify and lead special projects that drive operational excellence and business alignment
Assist in company-wide planning and strategic initiatives — from ideation to implementation
Begin to step into a connective leadership role between the CEO and key functions
Develop a deep understanding of company priorities, enabling you to make informed decisions and recommendations
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of relevant experience in executive support, operations, project management. (startup experience a big plus)
Familiarity or curiosity about cybersecurity or professional/technical services is a bonus
Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Strong organisational skills, with obsessive attention to detail and follow-through
Exceptional written and verbal communication — clear, concise, and emotionally intelligent
Adept at managing sensitive information and navigating complexity with discretion
A natural systems-thinker who sees how dots connect — and makes things better than they found them
Excited by the idea of growing into a leadership role, and hungry to learn by doing
