US NON-IT Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced US NON-IT Team Lead with strong expertise in handling niche and leadership hiring requirements for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 8+ recruiters.
Handle US NON-IT requirements including:
Sales
VP of Sales
Pre-Sales
Practice Manager
Leadership Hiring
Other Niche NON-IT Roles
Work closely with System Integrators and Direct Clients.
Drive team performance, delivery, and client management.
Support end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in US NON-IT recruitment.
Experience in leadership and niche hiring.
Minimum experience in handling a team of 8+ recruiters.
Good client handling and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with System Integrators and Direct Clients is mandatory.
Preferred:
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
