Founded in 2020, Masters’ Union is a new-age, industry-led university focused on business, technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship. About the Role
We are seeking highly accomplished international business leader to drive Masters’ Union's global employer engagement strategy across designated regions including (i) South Af rica, ( ii) Eu rope, (i ii) USA & ; UK, ( iv) Middle East, and (v) Oce ania. You will be responsible for building and scaling employer partnerships within the assigned geography, creating hiring opportunities for Masters’ Union's PGP in Technology & Business Management students.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring exceptional international B2B sales expertise, enterprise relationship management capabilities, and a proven track record of building strategic partnerships with multinational corporations, consulting firms, technology companies, investment firms, startups, and large enterpri ses. The role demands extensive international travel and regular engagement with CEOs, Founders, CHROs, Talent Leaders, Managing Directors, and Country Heads across key global markets
Specifically, this role will involve
Owning and driving employer acquisition across the assigned geography to create international placement opportunities for PGP TBM students.
Developing strategic relationships with CEOs, Founders, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Country Managers, Business Leaders, and decision-makers across leading organizations.
Building a strong network of global recruiters and hiring partners across industries including consulting, technology, BFSI, consumer, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and emerging sectors.
Partnering with organizations to generate full-time hiring opportunities, internships, leadership programs, and international talent mandates.
Driving long-term employer engagement and account management to ensure repeat hiring partnerships.
Developing and execute regional market-entry and employer acquisition strat
Identifying and penetrating new industry segments and corporate ecosystems within the assigned geogegies.

Representing Masters’ Union at international conferences, hiring forums, leadership summits, trade missions, and industry events.
Building relationships with chambers of commerce, trade associations, employer networks, business councils, and economic development organizations.
