Role Overview
The Global Vice President – Growth & Operations will be responsible for driving global business growth, operational excellence, profitability, and strategic expansion across Grapes Worldwide’s business portfolio.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will lead the intersection of business growth, operational performance, client success, innovation, and organizational scalability across multiple markets and service lines.
This role will oversee and enable growth across multidisciplinary business verticals including Creative, AI & Innovation, Technology, Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Data & Analytics, Client Servicing, and Strategy & Consulting.
The ideal candidate combines commercial leadership, operational rigor, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial execution, with a proven track record of scaling high-growth agencies, consulting firms, digital businesses, technology-led organizations, or integrated marketing networks across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Global Growth & Strategic Expansion
Drive global revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with global business objectives.
Identify new revenue opportunities, service offerings, strategic partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new services, solutions, and regions.
Contribute actively to new business acquisition, lead generation, strategic pitches, and large enterprise opportunities.
Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, founders, brand leaders, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders.
Work closely with leadership to drive sustainable and scalable growth across global markets.
Operational Excellence
Lead end-to-end global operations across service lines and business functions.
Build scalable operating frameworks and governance structures to support continued growth.
Drive process excellence, productivity improvement, and resource optimization.
Establish operational KPIs and performance management systems across business verticals.
Ensure seamless collaboration between Creative, Media, Technology, AI, SEO, Performance Marketing, Data, and Client Services teams.
Improve delivery efficiency, accountability, and operational maturity across the organization.
P&L & Commercial Leadership
Own and manage global business performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
Drive revenue growth while improving margins and operational efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance reviews.
Optimize utilization, delivery efficiencies, pricing, margins, and commercial performance.
Ensure disciplined financial management across business units and markets.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams across markets and functions.
Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Develop succession planning and leadership pipelines.
Create organizational structures capable of supporting long-term global scale.
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and leadership effectiveness.
Client & Delivery Leadership
Serve as executive sponsor for key global client relationships.
Ensure exceptional client delivery standards across all accounts.
Strengthen client retention, account growth, and global partnership strategies.
Drive cross-selling and integrated solutions across Creative, Media, AI, Technology, SEO, Data, and Consulting practices.
Ensure consistent delivery of business outcomes and client satisfaction.
AI, Technology & Innovation
Champion AI-led transformation across operations, service delivery, and business growth.
Drive adoption of automation, AI tools, data systems, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with leadership to develop future-ready offerings and capabilities.
Ensure the organization remains ahead of industry trends across marketing, technology, media, and AI.
