Client Operations & Support Manager

Gurugram
Note:
Hybrid (3 days to office)
We are looking for an experienced Client Operations & Support Manager to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and drive operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
Own client support requests and manage escalations end-to-end
Ensure timely resolution, proper routing, and compliance for all cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently
Monitor workflows and drive accurate, timely closures
Share operational metrics, reports, and performance insights
Communicate clearly with clients and support reviews/meetings
Track commitments and ensure on-time delivery
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
Maintain documentation and support operational best practices
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience, including 6+ years in client support, operations, or financial/insurance domain
Strong experience in managing client requests and escalations
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
