Head of Growth

Position Overview
Grapes Worldwide is seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and strategic  Head of Growth  to lead the company's revenue growth, new business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives across integrated marketing, creative, digital, SEO, paid media, AI, CGI/3D, and emerging technology solutions.
This is a leadership role responsible for building a predictable revenue engine, driving enterprise-level client acquisition, developing high-value partnerships, and leading the business development function.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong sales execution, possesses an established network of industry relationships, and has a proven track record of scaling revenue within agencies, consulting firms, technology companies, media organizations, or marketing services businesses.
The Head of Growth will work closely with leadership, strategy, creative, media, and delivery teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate revenue generation across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Leadership & Growth Strategy
Own overall business growth, revenue generation, and new business targets for the organization.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify new revenue streams, service offerings, verticals, and market expansion opportunities.
Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline across key industries and geographies.
Drive annual, quarterly, and monthly growth plans with clear revenue accountability.
2. Enterprise Sales & New Business Acquisition
Lead acquisition of high-value accounts, strategic partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
Personally engage in key pitches, negotiations, and high-stakes commercial discussions.
Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, CXOs, Founders, and Procurement Leaders.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for strategic opportunities from prospecting to closure.
Drive acquisition across India, Middle East, APAC, Europe, and North American markets.
3. Business Development Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development team.
Establish sales processes, outreach frameworks, reporting structures, and performance benchmarks.
Drive accountability across pipeline generation, conversion rates, revenue achievement, and client acquisition.
Coach team members on prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and consultative selling.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast meetings.
4. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Identify and cultivate partnerships that accelerate business growth.
Develop relationships with technology providers, media platforms, production houses, consulting firms, and ecosystem partners.
Explore channel partnerships, referral networks, and co-selling opportunities.
Build strategic alliances that enhance Grapes Worldwide's service offerings and market reach.
5. AI, CGI & Innovation-Led Growth
Champion the commercialization of AI-powered marketing, automation, CGI/3D production, virtual production, and emerging technology solutions.
Identify industries and clients with strong adoption potential for AI and CGI-led content solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative go-to-market offerings and revenue opportunities.
Position Grapes Worldwide as a market leader in technology-enabled creative and marketing solutions.
6. Client Growth & Commercial Excellence
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Drive account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and long-term client value creation.
Ensure commercial profitability across acquired accounts.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients while identifying additional growth opportunities.
7. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies, and changing client needs.
Provide leadership with insights on market opportunities, pricing strategies, service innovation, and competitive positioning.
Recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen market leadership and accelerate growth.
