Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to lead our Global Talent Management strategy across a rapidly growing, multi-country workforce. The role will be responsible for shaping and executing an integrated talent strategy aligned to business growth priorities and future capability needs, while building a strong leadership pipeline through robust succession planning and high-potential talent development. It will drive consistent performance frameworks closely linked to business outcomes and enable future-readiness by designing competency frameworks and targeted development programs.

The role will also proactively identify critical talent risks and implement effective retention interventions, while leveraging advanced analytics to generate actionable talent insights, track workforce trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enterprise Talent Strategy & Governance

- Define and lead the global talent management strategy, frameworks, and annual calendar (performance, talent reviews, succession, leadership development).
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to make data driven talent investment and succession decisions.
