Strategic Leadership of Administration & Security - Lead and oversee all administration, facilities support, security operations, and asset protection functions across projects, corporate offices, and operational sites.
Government & Regulatory Liaisoning - Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, municipal corporations, development authorities, fire departments, labor departments, and other government agencies to ensure seamless operations. Police & Government Liaison:
Primary interface with law enforcement.
Crisis & Emergency Response:
Design crisis framework; coordinate with fire, hospitals & disaster authorities; quarterly drills
Compliance & Audits:
Periodic security audits across sites/offices; gap analysis, corrective action plans & ISO compliance
People Management:
Lead Admin & Security team; drive recruitment, training, appraisals & succession planning
MIS & Reporting: Monthly dashboards on incidents, audit findings, licenses & costs; drive digital transformation initiatives
Event Security :
Plan crowd control, access management & emergency protocols for launches, expos & VIP visits
Licenses & NOCs: Manage PSARA licenses, fire NOCs, renewals & statutory approvals; maintain master tracker
Administration:
Oversee housekeeping, transport, asset procurement, vendor contracts, AMC & cost optimization
Vendor Management:
Onboard & review outsourced agencies; enforce SLAs, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, min wages)
