As the Lead – Non-Labour Compliances, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving Non-Labour & HR license coordination between the Business, Operations team, and Compliance Vendor. You will serve as the key point of contact for all Non-Labour licensing activities, including new registrations, renewals, mandatory approvals, and the surrender of licenses, ensuring 100% compliance with mandatory licenses required to operate the business.

This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the regional licensing requirements of Non-Labour to successfully manage and grow the region's business.
Key

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Compliance operations in terms of Non-Labor Licenses and other mandatory approvals to run the business operations.

• Collaborate with regional People and Ops teams to collect the requirement along with mandatory documents to perform the task.

• Develop and implement operational processes to improve the licensing & registration activities with internal & external stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like Regional People and Ops team along with Compliances Vendors.

• Initiate the required task one or two month in advance to avoid any delay.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal & finance, and Ops team to ensure alignment and effective execution of Licensing activities.

• Maintenance of Tracker for day-to-day operations.

• Maintenance of License & others copies for Records & reference.

• Monthly status report of all the licenses with Business Group and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree

• An MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing Non
- Labor such as Factory Compliances role.

• Strong background in operational management, and stakeholders and Vendor relationship management.

• Vendor management.

• Stake-holder management.
