We further plan to scale up our existing facilities, expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues within Healthcare eco-system (Medical School)
Job Objective
Manage Payroll, Statutory Compliances (PF, Gratuity, ESIC, minimum wages, shops & establishment etc.), Benefits Administration (Insurance, Leaves etc.), HR Operations (F&F processing, employee lifecycle changes on HR systems etc.)
Key Responsibili ties
1) Payroll Management
Process end-to-end payroll for employees, including salary calculations, reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure correct application of PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, gratuity, and other statutory contributions.
Maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliation with accounting and finance teams.
Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly
2) HR Operations
Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including labour laws, Shops & Establishment Act, minimum wages, and PF/ESI guidelines.
Manage compliance audits, inspections, and filings.
Support HRBP and management in policy implementation and compliance-related reporting
Requirement
3 – 6 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations
Hands-on experience of working on SAP is preferable
Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong communication skills to interact with employees, management, and statutory authorities
