Assistant Manager to DGM, Client Services

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Client Services professional to join our team at the  Assistant Manager  to  DGM level . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing client relationships, service delivery, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. Candidates with experience in the Banking and Insurance sectors will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Lead day-to-day client service delivery and ensure adherence to agreed service standards.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing timely and effective solutions.
Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive process improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client experience.
