Team

Commercial & Solutions Analytics Practice, working closely with Partners, Practice Directors, Senior Analysts, Analysts, Sales teams, and senior stakeholders across the organization. The role includes leadership and mentorship responsibilities for consulting and research teams.

About the Role

The Vice President is a senior client-facing leadership role  responsible for advising C-level executives on strategic decisions related to global services, location strategy, governance structures, workforce strategy, outsourcing and offshoring models, and cost optimization. The individual will drive practice growth, lead complex advisory engagements, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to Everest Group's thought leadership and market presence.

What We're Looking For

10-14 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business research, or a related professional services environment.
Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution with  MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 business school
Strong  experience in outsourcing, offshoring, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and global services strategy.
Proven ability to  lead complex client engagements and influence executive stakeholders.
Strong  business development and client relationship management  capabilities.
Exceptional  problem-solving, communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated  people leadership experience, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.

What You'll Do

Lead  complex advisory, consulting, and custom research engagements for global clients.
Advise Fortune 1000 clients and service providers on location strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, and cost optimization.
Build and expand  senior executive relationships across clients and industry stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth  through business development, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership, and client expansion.
Publish thought leadership  through reports, whitepapers, articles, webinars, and industry events.
Lead, mentor, and develop  Practice Directors, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to deliver integrated insights across locations, talent, sourcing, and cost domains.
Maintain high standards  of analytical rigor, client impact, and delivery excellence.
Willingness to travel as required.
