Furniture Installation Supervisor

About the Role We're looking for a  Furniture Installation In-Charge / Supervisor with 5–8 years of experience  in the custom furniture industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in installing custom furniture, millwork, wardrobes, and paneling, and should be capable of independently managing installation teams and PAN India outstation projects.
Responsibilities  Supervise installation of custom furniture, millwork, wardrobes, and paneling.
Manage installation teams and coordinate with site teams and clients.
Ensure accurate installation as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Resolve on-site installation and technical issues.
Coordinate material, manpower, tools, and site requirements.
Handle outstation projects across PAN India.
Maintain installation reports and project updates.
Requirements  5–8 years of experience in the custom furniture industry.
Mandatory experience in furniture installation, millwork, wardrobes, and paneling.
Strong knowledge of furniture installation, hardware, tools, and site execution.
Ability to independently manage installation teams at project sites.
Willingness to travel and handle PAN India outstation projects.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates without custom furniture industry experience should not apply.
