Companion Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes across central Oklahoma. You will work in patients’ homes with an independent, field-based schedule and collaborate with nursing and case management.
The position offers per-visit pay with an expected annual range of $85,000–$95,000 for a full caseload, plus a company car and gas card. Oklahoma-licensed PTs with CPR are preferred.
