• Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and account questions
• Process payments and basic transactions
• Answer phone calls and handle walk-in customers
• Perform routine property walkthroughs
• Report maintenance or security issues
• Maintain cleanliness of office and property areas
• Follow daily operational checklists

• Legal, Dependable, Insured Vehicle
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• Reliable and punctual work history
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to work independently after training
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

No prior self-storage experience required.

• Ability to lift items up to 35lbs
• Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Daily cleaning/maintenance: sweeping, mopping interiors, and maintaining exterior curb appeal free of debris
• Quiet, low-stress facility setting
• Independent daily workflow after thorough training
• Stable, predictable schedule with Sundays off
