We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support staff while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and excellence across all company maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and ensure work is completed efficiently while meeting company expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and ethical standards.
- Lead, support, and guide staff to promote teamwork, accountability, and high-quality performance.
- Assist with scheduling, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Oversee company maintenance and environmental services to maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
- Monitor operational performance and address concerns while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory requirements.
- Support employee training, coaching, and performance management initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory and organization of supplies, equipment, and storage areas.
- Attend meetings and communicate updates, expectations, and priorities to team members.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or supervisory training preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory, maintenance, environmental services, or related leadership experience preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in building, facility, property, or equipment maintenance.
- Experience leading teams and managing workflow preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facility and property operations, maintenance practices, and safety procedures.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and delegate effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and operational documentation.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Must be available to respond to maintenance emergencies on a 24/7 on-call basis as required.
