Are you a Supply Chain, Planning or Materials Manager from a manufacturing background, looking to take full command of a site's material flow and earn to the top of the market for doing it well? On offer is a genuine leadership role with real influence over how the business runs, the seniority of a position reporting directly to the Plant Director, and the scope to take a growing operation and make it sharper, faster and leaner.

On offer is a senior role with real weight behind it. You will own the Master Production Schedule and MRP, bridging sales forecasts and shop-floor execution, driving on-time delivery and minimizing excess stock. You will lead the Sales & Operations Planning process and take command of warehousing, shipping and receiving, with the autonomy to shape how the entire site plans, buys and moves material, and the recognition of being the person the plant relies on to keep product flowing.

The role would suit a Supply Chain Manager, Planning Manager or Materials Manager from a manufacturing environment, looking for a senior, high-earning position with the autonomy to run the entire function.

• Lead site planning, own the Production Schedule, MRP and master data, aligning capacity to customer demand.
• Take command of the full flow of material, from raw material purchasing through to shipment of finished assemblies.
• Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process, improving on-time delivery while minimizing WIP and stock.
• Manage and mentor the planning, supply chain and shipping/receiving teams.

• Proven Planning, Supply Chain or Materials leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and master production scheduling experience.
• People-management experience; APICS/CPIM and AS9100 knowledge advantageous.
