Full‑Time, 36 hours per week

Shift: Nights, 7 p‑7 a

Rotating weekends and holidays

Mercy Hospital Logan County is a 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital located in Guthrie, Oklahoma providing care to Emergency, Observation, Inpatient, and Swing patients.

Our unit patient/nurse ratio is 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre‑hospitalization lifestyle.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure:
  Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure, and for meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience:
  
  None required; new graduate nurses accepted. Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Physical requirements/demands:
  Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis; prolonged standing and walking each shift; the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
• Required Certifications (training provided by Mercy during the orientation period if not already certified):
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.

Sign‑on bonus available: $10,000 for new grads, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses.
