Sign‑on bonus available: $10,000 for new graduates, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses

Mercy Hospital Logan County is a 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, providing care to observation, inpatient, and swing patients. The patient‑to‑nurse ratio on the unit is 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre‑hospitalization lifestyle.

Department: Med/Surg
Status: Full‑time, 36 hours per week
Shift: Night, 7 pm‑7 am

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure:
  Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed, meeting all state board requirements
• Physical requirements:
  
  Must push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk during each shift, and be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
• Certifications:
  
  Mandatory ACLS; mandatory BLS or must complete a course within 30 days of hire; other unit‑specific certifications may be required or must be acquired within the department’s timeframe
