Registered Nurse - Med​/Surg

Rotate weekends and holidays.

Sign-on bonus available: $10,000 for new grads, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses.

Mercy Hospital Logan County is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The unit has a patient/nurse ratio of 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre-hospitalization lifestyle.

Schedule:

Full Time, 36 hours per week, Days, 7am-7pm. Rotating weekends and holidays.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure:
  Must obtain and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure. Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Able to push, pull, lift 50 pounds on a regular basis; prolonged standing and walking each shift; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (or successful completion within 30 days of hire). Other unit specific certifications as required or acquired within department required timeframe.
