Full-Time, 36 hours per week

Nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., rotating weekends and holidays.

$10,000 for new graduate nurses, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses.

Mercy Hospital Logan County is a 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, providing care to Emergency, Observation, Inpatient and Swing patients. Our unit patient‑to‑nurse ratio is 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the Therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre‑hospitalization lifestyle.

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Must obtain and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure; meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• No experience required; new graduate nurses accepted. Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift, pull, and/or push 50 pounds regularly; stand, walk, grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat throughout each shift.
• Must hold following certifications (training provided during orientation if not already certified): ACLS, BLS (or complete within 30 days of hire), PALS, and any additional unit‑specific certifications required.
