Job Summary
As an Installation Associate, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building materials for our clients. This includes but is not limited to doors, windows, flooring, and other building products.
Key Responsibilities- Install building materials according to company standards and safety procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all installations.
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations.
- Inspect and troubleshoot any issues with installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
- Occasional driving to and from worksites.
- Provide support to the door shop as needed when not assigned to job site installations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in building materials installation is preferred but not required.
- Experience with doors, windows, and decks.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to accurately read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
