Responsibilities include:
Maintaining building HVAC equipment
Adhering to local HVAC codes
Removing old HVAC equipment so new system can be installed
Running pipe and ductwork as needed
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
Understanding refrigeration cycles
Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature chart
Performing routine maintenance around the property
Electrical wiring knowledge to identify problems with the building’s electricity
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
Some carpentry; ability to handle basic repairs around the building
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License Good driving record, so that you may be added to the company’s auto insurance as a driver
Pass a background check and drug screen
Punctuality and a strong work ethic
Ability to walk/ stand for a long stretches of time Ability to lift 50lbs or more Ability to work unsupervised
