* Responsibilities include:

*** Maintaining and repairing building HVAC equipment
* Following all applicable HVAC codes and safety requirements
* Removing old HVAC equipment and assisting with new system installation
* Installing pipe and ductwork as needed
* Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
* Understanding refrigeration cycles
* Interpreting technical data, including pressure and temperature charts
* Performing routine maintenance around the property
* Troubleshooting basic electrical issues
* Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
* Performing basic carpentry and general building repairs## Qualifications
** Requirements:
*** Valid Driver’s License
* Good driving record and ability to be added to the company’s auto insurance
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
* Ability to lift 50lbs or more
