Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Head/Manager. The Placement Head/Manager will oversee and manage the placement cell, establish and maintain relationships with potential employers, and facilitate job placements for skilled individuals. The role includes developing placement strategies, coordinating with training teams to ensure readiness of candidates, and providing guidance during the entire placement process. The Placement Head/Manager will also be tasked with analysing placement data to continuously improve outcomes and identify new employment opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for evaluating placement data and improving strategies
Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with employers, candidates, and team members
Proficiency in customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations
Experience in recruiting and training to prepare candidates for employment opportunities
Leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of the local labour market and industries in the Guwahati region is a plus
Relevant experience in placement coordination or workforce development
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
