Operations SupervisorFull Time, Guymon, OK, US
Salary Range: $44,640.00 Annually
OverviewGeneral Definition:
Responsible for overseeing the gaming facility’s adherence and compliance to policies and procedures, promoting positive customer relations, and ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained in all departments.

Sr. Operations Manager
Supervision Exercised:
Various Department Heads
- Provide guidance and direction to assigned departmental personnel and ensure efficient operation of departments.
- Resolve customer issues and disputes, and handle complaints tactfully.
- Compile required reports on operating functions of departments.
- Attend department staff meetings to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes.
- Direct all department operations for assigned department(s) and execute strategic plans aligned with the facility’s vision.
- Contribute to development and monitoring of fiscal budgets and marketing strategies to support short-term and long-term profitability.
- Develop, implement, and measure guest service standards consistent with core service standards and brand attributes.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new products, services, technology, and processes to maintain competitive position.
- Monitor guest flow to ensure capacity meets demand; address problems to guest satisfaction and facility interests.
- Maintain liaison between the gaming floor and other departments on gaming-related activities; act as interim Department Manager when needed.
- Build guest relations by soliciting feedback and responding professionally to guest concerns.
- Observe games for irregularities or deviations from procedure and report irregularities to the Sr. Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with internal security of games and coordination with surveillance.
- Support development and delivery of guest service standards within assigned departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/casino management or a related field; experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Knowledge of Electronic Games Operations and Class II gaming rules, regulations, and operating practices.
- Proven time management and critical thinking skills; strong employee relations skills.
- Flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends; ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions.
- Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills; ability to lead and establish effective working relationships.
- Ability to work in a smoke-filled casino environment.
- Three (3) years progressively more challenging leadership role in a casino operations role.
- Two (2) years management experience.
- Gaming experience in both Class II gaming and Indian Gaming.
- Background check and license/permit from applicable Regulatory Agencies, if required.
- Ability to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
