Director of Rehab

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. This role is PT discipline required. Initial focus will be hospital inpatient care with growth into outpatient services. Flexible schedule.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (PT required).
• Active state Physical Therapy license required to start.
• Experience in hospital inpatient rehabilitation required.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and training therapy staff.
• Experience developing therapy programs and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
