Physical Therapist
Location:
Guymon, Oklahoma
Schedule / Job Type: Contract | Days | Inpatient / Outpatient Mix
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience in a mixed inpatient and outpatient therapy setting
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
