Maintenance Supervisor
Based in the Oklahoma Panhandle, we are searching for a strong Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
Base Pay Range$90,000 - $110,000 per year

- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track activities, generate reports, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the engineering industry.
- In‑depth knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance management.
- Strong understanding of electrical maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the engineering industry.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
