YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day farm activities and staff to ensure all daily and weekly production targets are met. They supervise multiple sites.

- Train employees on day-to-day processes and procedures, developing a competent workforce through hands-on training, timely feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Perform audits of the farm to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and facilities are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of animals, personnel, and supplies on the farm.
- Ensure health and safety of employees and animals at the facility; submit detailed reports and track feed and ration staging for animals.
- Manage all controllable costs, including supplies, labor, and medication.
- Create and manage employee work schedules where applicable.
Required:
The following are the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform this role. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.
- An Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or 1-2 years of swine production experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret English-language documents such as safety files, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred.
- Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
