Plant Production Worker Opportunity
We have an exciting Plant Production Worker opportunity in our pork processing facility. Full-time positions are fast‑paced and require repetitive motion. Variety of jobs associated with pork processing are available. Shift and schedule choices are flexible. On‑job training is provided; related experience is not necessary.

- Perform a variety of tasks that require manual material handling and the use of hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment while processing, packaging and shipping pork products.
- Work in physically demanding conditions that may involve the use of all body parts and muscle groups.
- Maintain good hand‑eye coordination and upper‑extremity motor skills.
- Additional functions may apply to specific jobs.
- Be available to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime depending on production needs.

Qualification RequirementsRequired:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least up to 50 pounds.
- Must wear all assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) for the position while working.
- Must be able to work in a hot and wet environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment physical and use some or all body parts and muscle groups in physically demanding work.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and upper‑extremity motor skills.

- The employee is regularly required to move around the facility.
- The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.

- Primarily an office environment with some need to work in the field.
- The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions, and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is dependent on the environment.
- Hours, days, and work schedule are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After‑hours, weekends, and overnight travel may be requested.
