Overview
Your Opportunity We have an exciting Biogas opportunity. The Biogas Technician will be required to work in a team environment to accomplish the operations and maintenance objectives identified by Seaboard Foods RNG Management. They are responsible for the safe and proper operation, maintenance, and repairs of the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facilities’ mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.

- Assist plant operators with daily operational support activities.
- Clean WMP, SMP, and Lift Station buildings.
- Clean compressor skid areas.
- Clean and maintain areas around 3K.
- Weed wack around ADLs and area 3K.
- Remove rainwater from ADL covers.
- Remove tumbleweeds around ADLs and area 3K.
- Assist operators with nitrogen bottle swaps when the plant is running.
- Support housekeeping efforts to maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Communicate equipment status and operational issues.
Instills trust, communicates effectively, action‑oriented, ensures accountability, and drives results.
Qualification Requirements- Must be available to work from May 11 through August 7.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from plant operators and supervisors.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
This position works Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required as needed based on business needs, site conditions, or special circumstances.
Work Environment- Regularly required to move around the facility.
- Must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must move from place to place.
- Must climb ladders or platforms.
- Must wear all safety and production‑related equipment.
- Work environment varies from an indoor control room to remote locations which may have extreme hot or cold climate conditions, dependent upon the situation and business needs.
