Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE
The ERM Team Member willassistthe
Environmental Supervisor in the daily monitoring of lagoons and lagoon levels. Assistsin the maintenance of equipment associated with the lagoons such as sprinklers,pumpsand motors.

RESPONSIBILITIES& TASKS
- Assist coordinators in pumping procedures including paperwork and scheduling.
- Oversee routine maintenance on company equipment
- Apply extensive knowledge on sprinkler system and troubleshooting on irrigation motors.
- Ability to trouble shoot and knowledge on small motors
- Setup pumping equipment including but not limited to moving pipe, setting up risers, setting up reel rains and motors.
- Preform soil,waterand lagoon effluent sampling at company sites
- Operate machinery forsolids separation and com postprocess.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or1-3months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos preferred. Ability to write simple correspondence preferred.
- Bilingual,Spanish and English preferred but not necessary.
- A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required
