POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care according to individualized patient needs

Responsibilities include:
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
  • Assisting with assessments and daily patient care
  • Maintaining accurate medical documentation
  • Communicating effectively with medical staff and patients
  • Following established nursing standards and correctional healthcare protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
