POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care according to individualized patient needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Assisting with assessments and daily patient care
- Maintaining accurate medical documentation
- Communicating effectively with medical staff and patients
- Following established nursing standards and correctional healthcare protocols
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license
- Current CPR certification
