Seaboard Foods in Guymon is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to join our HACCP team at the processing plant. You will implement HACCP and related food safety programs, and observe FSQA monitors performing checks to ensure product safety and compliance.
The role requires knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs, and regulatory requirements, plus a willingness to learn all areas of the Food Safety Department and support ongoing sanitation and data collection efforts.
