BARISTAAs a Barista, you'll be the heart of our establishment, crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and quality standards.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience.

Operate espresso machines and other equipment with precision and care.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 18 years of age.

Able to obtain Gaming License (if applicable).Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Position is located in a casino environment and may include exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate noise levels.

Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
