Journeyman Electrician (Solar Projects – Oklahoma)

Pay: $55/hr

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to support large-scale solar projects across Oklahoma. This role involves installing and supporting solar systems in an outdoor construction environment while ensuring all work meets NEC and state code requirements. Candidates must hold an active Oklahoma Unlimited Journeyman License.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical tasks such as connecting equipment, verifying grounding, and inspecting conduit runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings to guide installation and wiring activities.
• Conduct site assessments to confirm accurate measurements, layout, and placement of solar equipment.
• Install and bend conduit as required for solar installations and associated electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues related to solar installations and resolve problems safely and efficiently.

Key Highlights:

• Pay: $55/hour + overtime; $100/day per diem (if traveling 75+ miles)- 55+ hours a week
• Projects in Duncan, OK & Guymon, OK (solar farm job sites)
• Must have active Oklahoma Unlimited Journeyman License (no exceptions)
• Work includes conduit bending, troubleshooting, installations, and solar panel setup
• Outdoor construction setting with opportunity to continue on future solar projects across the state

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
