We have an exciting Market Haul Supervisor opportunity in Guymon, OK. The Market Haul Supervisor will supervise, lead, direct, and coordinate plant truck wash, market haul drivers, and reclaim drivers’ activities and staff. Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal DOT regulations, TQA training requirements, state applicable laws and Seaboard Foods policies and procedures.

- Effectively and efficiently communicate between operational needs and departmental employees.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT and OSHA regulations, company and biosecurity policies, and proper animal handling protocol. Administers and recommends training when appropriate.
- Analyze and assist in monitoring the repair and maintenance of vehicles and other moving equipment when required.
- Determine and advise work schedules and assignments according to operational needs.
- Ensure accountability, responsibility, and execution of all daily drivers’ paperwork and reporting of any discrepancies. Ability to establish and adjust work procedures to meet the needs of operations.
- Monitor sites and assist the grounds maintenance department in times of inclement weather to better utilize pulling and towing resources.
- Serve as a backup driver for occasional hauling of market load to the plant or other animal movements when needed.
- Accountable for continued training/education of employees in safe work methods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A clear and valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required. Class A CDL preferred but not required.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred but not necessary.
