Business Insights Analyst

• Generate actionable insights from internal and external data sources to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Act as a thought partner to cross‑functional teams by identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver integrated insights into marketing effectiveness, brand performance, sales force effectiveness and omnichannel engagement.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders through dashboards, reports and presentations.
• Contribute to forecasting accuracy and business planning through trend analysis, predictive modeling and forward‑looking insights.
• Provide insights into customer, patient and health pathways to identify opportunities to improve engagement, experience and outcomes.
• Lead or support qualitative and quantitative market research and tracking initiatives to deepen customer understanding.
• Support experimentation and learning by evaluating initiatives, communicating findings and recommending actions to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, with Python or R considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to organize, interpret and communicate complex data accurately.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to turn data into clear, business‑relevant insights and recommendations; experience with market research, behavioral science and data privacy/governance is an advantage.
