Kennemerhart zoekt een teambegeleider voor onze woon-zorglocatie Schoterhof. Je coördineert de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteunt meerdere multidisciplinaire teams, en fungeert als coach om samenwerking te verbeteren.
Je bewaakt de zorgkwaliteit, signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over verbetermaatregelen. Je werkt deels mee in de zorg en coacht medewerkers direct, waardoor je dagelijks inzicht krijgt in taken en processen.
