Team, Your Impact

We are looking for an Associate Director, Capability Building & Change Management to own and drive communication, change management, internal branding, asset creation, and capability-building activities as part of Global Procurement Transformation. This role will shape how teams understand transformation priorities, adopt new tools and ways of working, engage with AI-enabled and technology-driven change, and build the capabilities needed in a more digital, data-driven, and agile procurement environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with procurement leaders, subject matter experts, digital teams, global L&D, technology partners, and external providers to lead clear communication, practical change adoption, targeted learning enablement, and compelling transformation storytelling. The role will bring structure, pace, and ownership to change activities, connect the right experts, align priorities, create reusable communication and enablement assets, and ensure Global Procurement Transformation changes are understood, supported, branded consistently, and embedded over time.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
1. Own communication and stakeholder engagement for Global Procurement Transformation
  • Develop clear, audience-relevant communication plans for Global Procurement Transformation priorities, initiatives, and activities.
  • Translate complex business, process, and technology topics into simple messages that explain what is changing, why it matters, what support is available, and what actions are expected.
  • Equip leaders and managers with messaging, materials, engagement moments, and communication assets that build understanding, confidence, and alignment.
  • Develop communication assets, internal branding materials, launch narratives, leadership messages, FAQs, toolkits, and adoption content that create a consistent identity for procurement transformation and make change easier to understand and engage with.
2. Drive change management and adoption of new ways of working
  • Lead change readiness, stakeholder impact assessment, adoption planning, and reinforcement for procurement tools, processes, digital solutions, and AI-enabled use cases where relevant.
  • Support deployment of new procurement technologies and tools by shaping launch plans, adoption campaigns, readiness materials, and reinforcement activities that help users move from awareness to confident usage.
  • Bring AI transformation into the change agenda by helping teams understand AI-enabled use cases, responsible adoption expectations, capability needs, and practical examples of how AI can improve procurement work.
  • Proactively identify adoption barriers, resistance, confusion, or capability gaps, and drive practical actions to address them.
  • Partner with transformation, digital, process, and procurement teams to embed new ways of working into day-to-day routines and sustain momentum.
  • Drive reinforcement activities that encourage sustained usage, behavior change, and measurable adoption over time.
3. Support procurement capability building and learning enablement
  • Build and maintain a practical procurement capability roadmap aligned with Global Procurement Transformation priorities, business needs, and future skills requirements.
  • Help identify priority capability gaps across technical, digital, data, communication, change, and soft skills.
  • Partner with procurement subject matter experts and global L&D to translate specialist knowledge into practical learning, playbooks, communication assets, and adoption materials.
