As a host at Het Marketingkwartier you will maintain a clean and professional environment, welcome guests with coffee or tea, keep supplies stocked, support event setup, and provide optional administrative assistance.
Responsibilities- Location management & hospitality
- Keep workplace tidy and presentable
- Welcome guests with a smile and a cup of coffee or tea
- Check supplies and ensure coffee is never out of stock
- Event support
- Prepare and set up conference rooms
- Provide refreshments and assist guests as needed
- Clean up after events so the next day starts fresh
- Administrative support (optional, not required)
- Process reservations and answer customer inquiries
- Conduct tours for prospective tenants and collaborators
