Hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor - Hotel Ambassador

Wij bieden   A gross hourly wage from €16.70, depending on your work experience
* Salary paid every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year
Travel allowance from 20 km per day of €0.14 per kilometer
8% holiday allowance, paid in May
10% holiday hours build-up and 5% end-of-year bonus
26 vacation days with a full-time contract and an extra day off on your birthday
An 8-month employment contract with a one-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan  As a Hands-On Supervisor, you are an important point of contact on location. You support the housekeeping team and make sure the daily cleaning process runs smoothly.
Your tasks include:
Supervising and supporting housekeeping employees;
Checking hotel rooms and public areas;
Helping with cleaning tasks when needed;
Dividing daily tasks and keeping track of the planning;
Training and guiding new colleagues;
Spotting points for improvement and communicating with the Housekeeping Manager.
Working times   A part-time job of 20-25 hours per week, divided in 4 or 5 days
Between 08:00 and 15:00
Work on different days of the week, including weekends

Jij bent   Experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality
An eye for detail and quality
A flexible attitude, including availability on weekends
Good communication skills in English
Dutch is a plus, but not required.
