Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding en het continu verbeteren van de HR dienstverlening. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de optimalisatie van het AFAS personeelsinformatiesysteem.
Je hebt een relevante HBO-opleiding en ruime ervaring in HR met focus op leidinggeven. Er zijn uitstekende voorwaarden, waaronder een salaris van €3.826 tot €5.395 bij een fulltime dienstverband.
