Stafdirecteur CHR
De stafdirecteur CHR is verantwoordelijk voor de strategische en beleidsmatige voorbereiding, ondersteuning en implementatie van het communicatie en HR-beleid van Inholland. De stafdirecteur CHR rapporteert hiërarchisch aan het CvB-lid met portefeuille bedrijfsvoering. Hij/zij is een strategisch sparringpartner en trusted advisor voor het CvB in het algemeen en de portefeuillehouders in het bijzonder. Geeft niet alleen richting aan de eigen stafafdeling, maar denkt ook “over de verschillende stafafdelingen heen” en heeft een integrale visie op dienstverlening door de staven aan het primair proces.
