Als bestuursadviseur bij Haarlem adviseer je de bestuurder en de ambtelijke organisatie in complexe vraagstukken. Je monitort en signaleert risico's en knelpunten, en geeft advies op verschillende dossiers. De functie vereist onder andere een hbo-diploma en ervaring in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving.
Je werkt in een hybride functie met alle mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke groei via opleidingen. Het salaris kan oplopen tot €7.163 bruto per maand. Een goede werk-privébalans en secundaire voorwaarden worden geboden.
