Flits Interim zoekt een teamleider kliniek cardiologie/longgeneeskunde voor detachering in Haarlem. In deze rol geef je operationeel leiding aan het team op de verpleegafdeling en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt. Het is van belang dat je zichtbaar bent binnen het team om effectief te kunnen aansturen en coachen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere het personele rooster en de samenwerking met andere afdelingen. Voor deze functie is ervaring met operationeel leidinggeven in de zorg een vereiste.
